Yoga methods to ensure smooth skin

Yoga, originated from India, encapsulates use of different muscles. Yoga masters have amazing control over their bodies and keep fit and young and disease-free. It was brought to western view by Osho Rajneesh how it works whose ranches in Texas are still a sell-out years after  his death. Yoga exercises not only keep body in right condition but also do its bit for the skin.

A unique invention called Hot Yoga has been conceived to make skin clean and glowing. It replicates a session at the sauna. Frenetic activity in hot conditions make toxins emerge on the dermal level. Thereby, they evaporate as sweat. Post a cold-water bath, body feels rejuvenated.

Kunjal is another Yoga method in which lots of water is drunk first thing in the morning and then forcibly vomited out. This takes away lots of toxins which make the body lethargic. With a boost in energy, anti-ageing tendency is generated and the skin glows.
