The Perfect Diet for a Shiny Skin
If anyone was to ask me about what to include in the daily diet to get a shiny skin, I will say just one word, “WATER”. Water is the most essential ingredient of the diet if you are trying to get a glowing skin. It serves dual purpose. While dissolving the unimportant food material and letting it out, it also opens up the pores so that your skin can breathe properly, thereby receiving more oxygen which in turn helps you get rid of unwanted carbon inside your body.
The perfect food for a shiny skin is lots of liquid, whole grains, fresh vegetables, and fruits especially grapes, oranges, and apples. While the properties of liquids have been discussed above, nuts and whole grains provide ample iron to keep your skin tighter thereby avoiding the need of cosmetics. Protein rich food adds to your skin’s luster.
Then you need plenty of anti-oxidants which fight certain kind of cells called radicals. These radicals keep on killing your skin cells making your skin dark and dry. To get rid of these radicals and to keep your skin soft and humid, you have to incorporate a large proportion of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
