If you notice that your skin doesn’t feel the way it used to, it can be exasperating. Imagine dealing with skin that just doesn’t feel like yours, it’s like living under someone else’s skin. However, the truth is that your skin is just reacting. For better skin, you only need to follow a simple rule. Keep your head cool. Outbreaks on your skin and that uncomfortable feeling are just a result of mental strain.

Each day whether it’s at work, university, daily chores, or other responsibilities, there’s moments when all you can think of is, how I will manage. It’s like a negative bug that causes you to ignore the most essential things, including meal patterns. All this is related. You aren’t really going to see a difference by trying new creams and lotions because the root of the problem lies in how you deal with your life. Start taking things easy and you’ll see the glow return.
