Skin care for men
Well we have heard of women skin care products, women beauty parlours, etc but have we ever heard about skin care for men? Probably not but don’t men’s skin too need care. I think they need it more than women since men have thick skin and sweat a lot when they are at work.
Men are much more exposed to pollution, sun and dust which makes their skin pore clog with pollutants. For a hard working man working 8 hours a day a bath is the only skin care he knows or has time for. A man has fifteen percent more oil on his skin than a woman so it is necessary for him to cleanse, tone and moisturize his skin regularly.
Sun protection is also vital; a normal sunscreen with SPF is advisable which prevents the skin from damage from sun rays. Men’s skin is much rougher as such exfoliating should be included in their skin care regime.
