Honestly, if you wish to keep looking younger, the first thing you need to look after is your skin. A healthy glowing skin not only adds to your confidence, but also takes away many years from your age!

In addition to regular exercise and maintaining an all over healthy lifestyle, you need to have a balanced diet to achieve that perfectly radiant skin. Also, make sure to add green vegetables like spinach, beans and cabbage to your meal. Honey also adds that sparkle to your skin, use this as a sweetener. Last, but not the least, have plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.
