Nutrition bars: Are they good

With a busy bee’s life it feels too good to have a choice of not bothering about food but gulp in a bar that would provide your body with all the necessary nutrition. And what more you feel assured of becoming an Einstein at work or a David  Beckham on the field.
Most nutrition bars promise of making you either an athlete or a genius. Having a bar twice daily will not make you a genius.

A nutrition bar can never be a supplement to your basic meals. It would only result in reducing your appetite. It is definitely a better choice than a candy bar or a packet of Jingles.

They are actually a moderate choice so long as you don’t over eat. Some do contain a good amount of vitamins and proteins and is good as an instant energy provider but they should never become a lifetime partner.
