Keep your ankles smooth and healthy during the winters

Ah it’s winter again! The same dry, cranky skin problems face you. Does the skin on your ankles become dry like the deserts of Sahara? Does the skin poke and hurt your fingers when you touch them? For sure you might want to have those cherry red faces and ankles in the winters shown on screen. Sounds impossible, does it really? No it doesn’t, you will get everything that you need to know just under one roof.

Biologically, the blood circulation keeps you warm, as heart is way far from the feet, same does not happen for your feet. So you need to take extra care. The simplest way is applying coconut oil over you ankle; it’s the age old best solution for dry skin. Have a hot water treatment for your legs and scrub it regularly, minimum once a week. Thereafter apply appropriate intense moisturizer on the affected ankles. During winters you should be careful about the kind of shoes you use.
