Importance of sun blocks to prevent premature aging

We have always heard that sun rays are very harmful for us. But have we ever tried to know the extent of harm it can actually do to us? The sun rays actually consist of UVA, UVB and UVC rays. UVC ray are the most harmful and blocked by the ozone rays. But the UVA and UVB rays can cause harm to us in many ways by causing melanoma, cataract, sun tan, sun burn, cancer and many more.

So to get rid of this, it’s best to use a sunscreen or a sun block that will keep you away from the harmful rays of the  sun. Try to inculcate the practice and use of this from childhood itself, because when we are young, our skin is thin and then it becomes more prone to all the damage. This most importantly causes premature ageing of your skin that would include wrinkles, spots, patches and liver marks on your skin. So use a sun block and prevent your skin from aging.
