How to protect your waxed skin from sun

You should be already aware that waxed skin is highly prone to sun burn leading to a tanned complexion. If your motive is not to get tanned, you should take a few measures. During summers, many of you go down to beach on vacations under the sun. You get your legs waxed, get in a bathing suit and lie under the scorching heat without any sun-block.

What you should know first is – during the peak hours of the day, lying in the sun without sun-block can lead to skin cancer. You might be unaware, that waxing your body takes off a lot more than just your body hair – it takes off quite a bit of the skin cells along. It means, your skin is now even more vulnerable to the sunlight after your waxing session is over and you need to be extra careful about it. Scratchy skin and red swollen skin is never pretty – waxed or not!
