But you sure do not wish to bear the mark all your life. And with the amount of pollution these days, these blemishes can be very difficult to get rid of. But solutions are available too! Avoid touching and popping pimples. Keep your skin as clean as possible. Use a fruit scrub regularly. This will help in fading of the marks.

If your blemishes have been there for too long and are gradually deepening in color, you need professional help. Take advice from a salon expert, or a dermatologist. You might need to undergo a deep cleaning or even bleach it. In addition to these, do not forget to drink eight glasses of water every day. This is the best natural remedy to reduce blemishes. Natural ingredients like tomato juice, cucumber juice and mashed banana could be applied on the affected areas. These will sooth the skin and help reduce the pigmentation.

A healthy glowing skin not only adds to your confidence, but also takes away many years from your age!

In addition to regular exercise and maintaining an all over healthy lifestyle, you need to have a balanced diet to achieve that perfectly radiant skin. The first thing that you need to cut down on is junk! Say “good bye” to all sorts of fried food. Avoid stuff that is too spic. Also, identify food that you are allergic to.

Eat a lot of fruits. You can have fruit juice too, but the best way to consume fiber in your daily diet is to have whole fruits. Also, make sure to add green vegetables like spinach, beans and cabbage to your meal. Honey also adds that sparkle to your skin, use this as a sweetener. Last, but not the least, have plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.

The same dry, cranky skin problems face you. Does the skin on your ankles become dry like the deserts of Sahara? Does the skin poke and hurt your fingers when you touch them? For sure you might want to have those cherry red faces and ankles in the winters shown on screen. Sounds impossible, does it really? No it doesn’t, you will get everything that you need to know just under one roof.

Biologically, the blood circulation keeps you warm, as heart is way far from the feet, same does not happen for your feet. So you need to take extra care. The simplest way is applying coconut oil over you ankle; it’s the age old best solution for dry skin. Have a hot water treatment for your legs and scrub it regularly, minimum once a week. Thereafter apply appropriate intense moisturizer on the affected ankles. During winters you should be careful about the kind of shoes you use.

And what more you feel assured of becoming an Einstein at work or a David Beckham on the field.
Most nutrition bars promise of making you either an athlete or a genius. Having a bar twice daily will not make you a genius.

A nutrition bar can never be a supplement to your basic meals. It would only result in reducing your appetite. It is definitely a better choice than a candy bar or a packet of Jingles.

They are actually a moderate choice so long as you don’t over eat. Some do contain a good amount of vitamins and proteins and is good as an instant energy provider but they should never become a lifetime partner.

Yet, not many people are aware of the treatments such as colon cleansing. Another saddening fact is that most of the people who know about colon cleansing feel that it can’t be done inside their homes.

Both these opinions have to be nullified. Generally, there are many methods using which you can get your colon cleansed. It will be better if you don’t use any chemicals for this process. You don’t have to worry about any health complications this process might pose as this is a safe procedure. If you don’t want products to cleanse your colon, you might go for a colon cleansing diet which involves eating nothing but nutritious food. Doing this will automatically remove all the toxins from your body. It will also help if you drink plenty of natural water as it is a naturally obtained cleansing agent.

It is worse that people who don’t smoke get to bear the brunt as well. Passive smoking causes a number of health risks and those are in no way negligible. The minor ailments include nausea, headaches, dizziness, sore throat, shortness of breath and also cause irritation to the eyes.

Exposure to cigarette smoke can increase the risk of lung cancer and heart ailments too. It also brings about asthmatic attacks in children and causes decreased lung function in developing lungs of babies. Passive smoking can also cause cancer as tobacco smoke contains at least forty carcinogens. It can also cause heart attacks and people who already suffer from respiratory diseases run the risk of developing irritations in their lower and upper respiratory tracts.

Hence people are advised to stay away from tobacco smoke and smokers are advised not to smoke in public areas or in places where the non-smokers and children get exposed to the smoke.

Keratosis Pilaris, often referred to as Chicken Skin is a very common skin disease today. They appear like small raised Professional goose bumps on the skin’s surface. Keratosis Pilaris is not like acne causing itching or pain. In this case, the skin becomes rough and dry with a bit of redness developing near the bumps sometimes.

The excess productions of keratin on the skin’s surface cause Keratosis Pilaris. The keratin plugs the hair follicles creating inflamed and red bumps. Chicken skin mostly appears on the upper back, cheeks, thighs and arms. The bumps get worse in winter due to the cold weather. Alba, Rubra and Rubra Faceii are the three types of Keratosis Pilaris.

Chicken Skin cannot be cured entirely. But, with exfoliation your condition will surely improve. Exfoliation removes the dead skin buildup and prevents further formation of bumps. You should never use hot water, or else inflammation will be caused due to dryness of skin.
