Emotional Stability: Get a Grip for good health- I
In a world obsessed with fitness and where everyone wishes to lose weight by all means, most are unaware that if you are emotionally unstable, hitting the treadmill is not the best answer. You might not be losing as much weight as you would believe, because your emotional state of mind plays a vital role in how your body responds to physical exercises.
Emotions are generated in the mind and that’s the organ of your body that rules the roost. This is the reason that psychologists opine that minds exercises are as important as physical exercises. When you are all worked up and are still working out, the body releases a stress hormone called cortisol. Then, you feel more fatigued rather than feeling rejuvenated. And in times of depression, you can never lose weight, no matter how much you work out your body.
The condition of the mind the body is not mutually exclusive. Both are dependent on each other. The synchrony of the orchestra of the human body is more important then the focus on individual organs or muscles. Emotional exercising along with a workout is magical and can ensure holistic health.
