Many of the men, though strong physically, are weak when it comes to sexual life. This is primarily because of heavy work tensions, improper diet maintenance and extended work schedules. This issue has become one of the most common among the men in software industry; they are unable to live their sexual lives to their most and are not able to enjoy happiness in sex. What is the solution for this problem? Viagra, to a great extent has reduced this issue; it has helped in tacking the issue of impotency in men. Sidenafil citrate sold under the names Generic Viagra, Revatio and generally under various names is a drug used to treat male erectile.

How does Viagra reduce impotency? Viagra releases nitric oxide in corpus cavernosum which increases the cyclic guanosine monophosphate levels by activating the enzyme called guanylate cylase; this enzyme relaxes the muscles in the corpus cavernosum increasing the blood flow in the penis. Thus it increases the potency of a man.

Dosage and price of Viagra- usually most of the men think that is has to be used in excess to get more potency, but extra usage is not recommended, a 50mg dose is sufficient and appropriate and it starts functioning from 30 minutes and can be active for 4 hours continuously.

Health is about living moment to moment and a workout is not necessarily an antidote for negative energy. The body market has arrived as it is tangible, though the emotional circuits have been ignored. People, who build emotional wealth and sweat it out, perform better in their lives.

The four things that a man is composed of is his emotional, mental, social and physical state. Except for the last one, all the remaining three are related to the state of your mind. It is hence imperative that they are well taken care of. The young generation is now more educated and conscious towards this aspect of the health. But ironically they are also the most stressed. Exercising and eating healthy are good and necessary for both physical and emotional well being. But some individuals adhere and practice these concepts in a potentially unhealthy manner. For example fixation of weight loss and diet, exercising when one is not well, compromising excessively on work and/or social life etc.

The end result is that no matter how much you work, if you are not all there in your mind, you are not all there in your body.

In a world obsessed with fitness and where everyone wishes to lose weight by all means, most are unaware that if you are emotionally unstable, hitting the treadmill is not the best answer. You might not be losing as much weight as you would believe, because your emotional state of mind plays a vital role in how your body responds to physical exercises.

Emotions are generated in the mind and that’s the organ of your body that rules the roost. This is the reason that psychologists opine that minds exercises are as important as physical exercises. When you are all worked up and are still working out, the body releases a stress hormone called cortisol. Then, you feel more fatigued rather than feeling rejuvenated. And in times of depression, you can never lose weight, no matter how much you work out your body.

The condition of the mind the body is not mutually exclusive. Both are dependent on each other. The synchrony of the orchestra of the human body is more important then the focus on individual organs or muscles. Emotional exercising along with a workout is magical and can ensure holistic health.

Dieters be careful. You might be watching out what you are eating but if your friend next to you is loading up a pound of calorie, it could just jeopardize your diet program. An international study has pointed out that watching someone loading up a snack can cause the viewer to replicate the behavior. It’s called the impact of mimicry. People automatically mimic other’s people’s eating behaviors.

In another study, it was found that people who had their posture, body angle, foot movements and verbal patterns mimicked by a salesperson rated a new sports drink more positively and drank more of it than people who were not copied.

This indicates that mimicry can have a potential difference in interpersonal persuasion, especially where the motivations and persuasive intent of the mimicker are transparent.

Don’t forget that your lips are also part of your skin, and skin care applies to them as much as the rest of your skin’s surface. To avoid exposure to the sun, wind, pollution and other elements, you should apply a quality lip balm, or even lipstick, to ensure that your skin care includes this very important element of your face.

Another good skincare idea for your lips is to moisturize them along with your face. Because lips are constantly being exposed to moisture from inside your mouth they are always wet. As a result of this they, conversely, dry out very easily compared to the rest of your skin’s surface. So it is essential to be as concerned about skincare for your lips, as you are about your face.
